ScatterBrainz respects your privacy and only collects the minimum amount of information necessary to operate the application. ScatterBrainz collects, by itself or through third parties, data usage, unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example), number of active users, device models, operating system versions, geographic locations among others, but are otherwise anonymous. The data you input in the application are stored on your phone. We don't keep any records of your lists.
The data concerning the user is collected to allow ScatterBrainz to provide its services, as well as for advertising, analytics and infrastructure monitoring purposes. Your browsing and using of ScatterBrainz shall be deemed as that you fully accept this Privacy Policy and commit to comply with all the applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, please uninstall ScatterBrainz and stop using our products and services immediately.
Images and data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which they have been collected. Users can choose to upload images solely to distinguish family members and only shared with family members. No user images are shared with outside parties and only stored for the life of the user account. The only data kept is a users email for the sole purpose of locating the specific users account. Once a users account is deleted through the app settings, all data is deleted as well and no longer accessible. Users have the option to cancel the subscription, which will also delete their account in the (settings/plan/cancel subscription) portion of the app. Users also have the option to email scatterbrainzapp@gmail.com to have their email deleted. No other data is collected other than the admin user email.
